Technology can do far more than entertain you.
DoTech360 shows everyday people and business owners how to use AI, automation and smart tools to solve the problems actually in front of them — the admin, the chaos, the money, the health, the hours you never get back. No jargon. No hype. Just the next practical step.
The Do Tech Revolution
Ordinary people · extraordinary tools · on purpose
Most people sense tech could do more.
Very few know what — or how.
It isn’t a lack of intelligence or interest. It’s that nobody ever sat down and showed you the practical version.
Curious, but stuck
You’ve heard AI changes everything. You opened it once, typed a question, got a bland answer and closed the tab. So you filed it under “not for me” — when really nobody showed you how to ask.
Busy, and drowning
You run a real business on WhatsApp, memory and a notebook. Quotes, invoices, follow-ups, bookings — all manual, all you. You know there’s a better way. You’ve never had a spare afternoon to go find it.
Surrounded, but unsystemised
Five apps, a smart speaker, three subscriptions and a cloud drive you’re scared to open. Nothing talks to anything else. You have more technology than ever and somehow less time.
Tech doesn’t live in one box.
Neither do we.
The same skill — knowing what’s possible and how to set it up — pays off across your work, your home, your body and your confidence.
Business & Automation
Invoices that send themselves. Follow-ups that never get forgotten. AI agents that handle the repetitive work so you can do the work only you can do.
ExploreEveryday Life & Family
The school run, the shopping list, the budget, the shared calendar, the pile of documents. The unglamorous admin of being a family — made lighter.
ExploreHealth & Wellness Tech
Your watch already knows more about you than your doctor does. Learn to read it, act on it, and use AI to understand your own body — sensibly, not obsessively.
ExploreAI Basics & Confidence
What AI actually is. How to ask it properly. How to spot a scam, protect your family, and stop feeling like the world moved on without you.
ExploreA Tuesday morning that runs without you.
This isn’t theory. It’s a set of small, boring, reliable automations that a one-person business can switch on in an afternoon — using tools most people already pay for.
- A new enquiry arrives — it’s logged, tagged and answered within 60 seconds, in your voice.
- Yesterday’s completed jobs are invoiced automatically, before you’ve had coffee.
- Anyone who hasn’t paid in 7 days gets a polite nudge you never had to write.
- Your week’s numbers are summarised into three lines you can read on your phone.
Learn it. Choose one thing. Ship it this week.
Information alone has never changed anyone’s life. Implementation does. Everything here is built to end with something switched on.
See what’s possible
Short, plain-language guides that show you the actual capability — not the buzzword. You finish knowing what this thing can genuinely do for someone like you.
Pick one real problem
Not ten. One. The thing that costs you the most hours, money or peace. We help you choose it and size it honestly.
Implement it, with support
Step-by-step build guides, ready-made templates, prompt packs and toolkits. You end the week with a working thing, not a folder of notes.
Start with one of these.

The tools we actually use.
There are thousands of apps. You need about seven. Our Toolkit is a short, honest, constantly-updated list of what we use ourselves — with plain notes on who each one is genuinely right for, and who should skip it.
Some links there are affiliate links. If you buy through them we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you — and it never changes what makes the list.
One practical thing you can actually use. Every week.
No think-pieces. No “AI will replace us all.” Just one tool, one workflow or one prompt — explained simply, with the exact steps to set it up. Plus the free AI Starter Pack the moment you join.
Free forever. One email a week. Unsubscribe in one click, no hard feelings.
You probably want to ask…
I’m genuinely not a “tech person”. Is this for me?
Especially for you. Everything here assumes no background, no coding and no shame about what you don’t know yet. If a guide uses a word you don’t know, that’s our mistake, not yours — tell us and we’ll rewrite it.
Do I need to spend money on new tools?
Usually not at first. Most people are already paying for tools they use at ten percent of their capacity. We start there. When something genuinely is worth buying, we say so plainly and tell you what it costs.
Isn’t AI going to take my job?
It’s a fair worry and we don’t dismiss it. Our honest view: the bigger near-term risk is being the person who never learned to use it, competing against the person who did. That’s a gap you can close, and closing it is what this site is for.
How is this different from watching YouTube tutorials?
Tutorials show you a tool. We start from your problem and work backwards, then stay with you until the thing is running. And we tell you when a tool isn’t worth your time — which a tutorial almost never does.
Is my data and my family’s data safe with these tools?
It depends entirely on the tool, and it matters enormously. Every guide includes a plain-language note on what the tool sees, where it stores it, and what we’d never put into it. Privacy and scam-awareness are a permanent part of the curriculum, not an afterthought.
You don’t need to understand everything.
You need to start one thing.
Pick the problem that costs you the most this week. We’ll show you how to hand it over to a machine.
