We recommend tools we believe in, but we don’t control them. Prices change, features get removed, companies get acquired and services shut down. Always check a tool’s current terms, pricing and privacy policy before you rely on it for anything important.
Accuracy and change
We work hard to keep guides current, and technology moves faster than anyone can maintain perfectly. Screenshots go stale, buttons move, free tiers change. We correct things when we find out about them — and if you spot something wrong, please tell us. We are grateful, not defensive.
Purchases and refunds
- Prices are shown in the currency stated at checkout and may change over time. The price you pay is the one shown when you buy.
- Digital products are delivered immediately or at the stated launch date.
- Every paid digital product carries a 30-day refund. Ask and we process it. You do not need to justify yourself, and you may keep what you have downloaded.
- Booked sessions can be rescheduled with reasonable notice. If we have to cancel on you, you get a full refund or a new slot, your choice.
Your account and conduct
If you create an account or join a community space, keep your login details to yourself and behave decently towards other members. We reserve the right to remove access for abuse, harassment, spamming or attempts to disrupt the service — with a refund of any unused portion where that is fair.
Our content and yours
The text, design, code and graphics on this site belong to us. The DoTech360 name and mark belong to us. Templates and prompt packs you buy are licensed for use by you and your business, not for resale or redistribution.
Anything you send us — feedback, corrections, suggestions — we may use to improve the site without owing you anything for it. If you send us something you consider confidential, say so and we will treat it that way.
Liability
We provide this site and its content in good faith and to the best of our ability, but without warranty that it will be error-free or suitable for your particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or of tools we mention. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Where you have paid us for something and we have got it wrong, our aim is straightforward: put it right, or give your money back.
